3. what to do in case of problems

What can I do if I have problems using it?

If your vision becomes blurred in one or both eyes shortly after you put them on, you may have mixed up the lenses or put them upside down. Remove the lenses, turn them inside out or replace them, rinse them with combi-solution and put them back on.

If the contact lens pinches or rubs - there may be a foreign object between your eye and the contact lens. First wash your hands, gently push the contact lens sideways and back again. If the lens rubs harder, remove the lens, rinse with combination solution and put it back on.

If the eye itches - you may have washed your hands only superficially when putting on the lens. Wash your hands thoroughly, remove the lens, rinse with combi-solution and put it back on.

If the eyes are dry - e.g. due to air conditioning or after prolonged strenuous looking. Deliberately blink more often or use a wetting solution for eyes

If the contact lens has slipped: Slipping of the contact lenses is no cause for concern. It is completely impossible that the contact lens "disappears behind the eye". With the eyelids closed, palpate the eye with your fingers and locate the contact lens. Look in the opposite direction and, with the eyelids closed, gently massage the contact lens into the area of the eyeball covered by the lower eyelid.

If any of the discomfort remains, if an eye is frequently or continuously reddened - remove the contact lenses and consult your contact lens specialist. return

FIND YOUR COLOR

We are asked very often what color we recommend and with the wide range of what we offer, some people find it very difficult, but we do not want to give you your new eye color, but help you find the right color in this article to find

To help you choose the right color, here are a few pieces of advice on how to go about it.

If you haven't made any area code at all, we advise…

First of all, you should decide on a color direction: these would be green, gray, blue or brown. Then you choose a color and look at sample photos and carrying pictures on our page.

The most asked question we get about the color selection:

Help Contacts Color Choice
Perfect coverage even with dark eyes!

„Do the lenses cover dark / brown eyes?“

Colored lenses in general serve to cover the actual eye color and to emphasize a new eye color. It is then up to the opacity of the lenses how much your natural eye color is covered.

Our experience has shown:

  • the Solotica Hidrocor lenses cover dark eyes perfectly and look even more powerful in opaque eyes. They are the best pressing lenses
  • Solotica Natural Color also covers dark eyes well, as the name suggests, the natural effect is created by the pattern of your natural eye color, which sets individual dots as accents.
  • the Bella lenses also cover dark eyes well

Two more questions that we often get…

„I want a natural eye color, which color would you recommend?“

„I want what striking light but still seems natural?“

With this question it can be assumed that

A darker type with gray or blue lenses could look slightly conspicuous

A dark guy with green or brown lenses looks natural

A light guy with gray or blue lenses looks natural

A light-colored type with green or brown lenses could look slightly conspicuous

Whether the color looks natural or striking and underlines your type is also due to the natural eye color and it always depends on the styling and the combination.

If you only want to lighten or intensify your eye color then choose a color that is lighter or darker than your natural eye color.
